2.75" cutting edge
Handle is box elder burl bolsters with dester ironwood and black spacers. Brass pins and lanyard hole with strap and wood beads. Comes with Black tooled leather sheath

WOW!:eek: Love the combination of woods, especially! Now, if I could only figure out where the wife hid her $$$$.

What's the purpose of the little indent at the heel of the blade? bone notch? Is it blunt or sharp?

HomeBru- that notch is a choil cut its where the sharpened edge ends so you dont sharpen up onto the flat of the blade.

THANKS! :D That's the first choil I've seen designed like that, really grabbed the eye. Thought it might have a specific purpose 'cause of it's unique look...
