In the May 2006 issue of Tactical Knives there is an ad for new Boker knife. Designed with the help of Black Belt magazine's contributing writer Jim Wagner.
It looks a lot like the Benchmade14250 HK34 Tanto for Heckler & Koch. The tip is more streamlined and called a "Gladius pentrating tip" for some unknown reason. With a more radical recurve called a "cutting Kris Curve", and "Dual blood Grooves" but both are one the same side unsharpended side:jerkit:
For the pommel it looks like you get two choices, a glass breaker tip, or a "false writting pen clip" I assume this is for Palm Pilot type devices.
