I know a lot of you are fans of Jimmy's work and several have orders with Jimmy. Well, he's at the forge and this knife is living proof! He and I had discussed a model he calls the Fiddler's Bitch, a step up from the Cabin Boy model. On his recommendation we went with 1/4" instead of 3/16", not as thin for slicing but has a great feel. He browned the steel under the handle, left some texturing on the blade and finished the blade with a belt finish. The knife is chisel ground with a very sharp convex edge, Jimmy said he could go much sharper but it would be too thin for practical use.

Thanks, Jimmy!!

Jimmy's work is always outstanding, I really like this new one. The hammer work on the chisel ground side is as cool as it gets. Thanks for sharing!

He is one heck of a character and really KNOWS sharp too, I'm sure that even as thick as that is, she's pretty dog gone sharp ;)
Nice Win!
