Hello All

As some of you folks may know Stomper had a knife design contest to commemorate his one year anniversary being in business. A design I entered in the contest won and here is the result. John is taking orders for a limited time and numbering all of them which he as never done before. Once the deadline has come he will not making these anymore. Kind of a limited edition numbered run, and here is knife Number One!

I ordered a few sets of spalted, curly, and burl maple from a hardwood seller in British Columbia and sent them to John. I had him pick a piece from the bunch to use for the scales, he made an excellent choice!

This knife is much lighter than I thought it would be, and feels fantastic in the hand. I am very pleased, John did an incredible job of bringing my drawing to life.

A couple more shots, an edc and New Model Tin knife in maroon micarta. I had the Tin knife on order for a little while, then saw that damn edc John made with some maple I had sent him (rejects from the anniversary knife) and could not help myself. So they all came in the same package. It was a great day.

I'm certain that this time John made a mistake.
Those three were supposed to come to my house. I'm sure you won't mind forwarding them on. Thanks.

C Bryant did a great job designing this knife, the handles are some of the most comfortable I`ve held.
