JK EDC thread

Can`t let Peter have all the fun! The little pocket / neck knife I made for myself. 6" overall, and 1/8" thick.

nicely done sir :) although being able to make your own seems a little unfair :p

today:

went at the 72 with a little sand paper and oil :)

Carried my laptop to work today in my backpack, so I had all kinds of extra goodies with me today.

On my person was a Vic Explorer and the Bluegill. I have had the Explorer for almost 20 yrs and love to carry it from time to time. That Bluegill is such a handy little knife. You all need one. :)

The rest rides in the front pockets of my pack all the time:
A Blind Horse Knives Small Tiger Knapp
A Marbles match safe filled with strike anywhere matches
Scout fire steel
Streamlight Stylus flashlight
Altoids tin first aid kit with band aids, alcohol wipes, tums, ibuprofin, pepto, eye drops, benedryl, cough drops, etc.
Altoids tin fire kit with SAS firesteel and striker, mini Bic, a piece of fatwood, and some waxed cotton balls

Nice bunch of kit. And yes, I am very much looking forward to the arrival of my very own Bluegill. :)

Jeff

You're right! Can't let Peter have all the fun. ;)

I love this little knife. It's with me everyday. And nice necker, John! That thing is sweet. Are you planning on keeping it naked or are you going to add a handle at all? Love the sheath as well.

not been posting here because photobucket wouldn't let me sign in, sorry

but it's been this combo all week

JK TK rides in my bag and the 72 in one of it's belt sheaths, almost ready to make a sheath of it's own, think i have an idea.

pretty sure it goes all the way through the metal at this point :)

here it is when new, pictures were smaller back then

Peter, I am glad to see that knife being carried. It was doing me no good, sitting in a drawer.

Benchmade Grip and Vic Farmer for me lately.

Thanks Mr. Woods, I'll do my best to keep it busy

Change today as the 72 is sitting in the workshop next to some leather, miss it already :)
