Used twice to cut vegetable in the kitchen. Never carried or sharpened. And while it did originally come with a leather sheath, this baby is so sharp that it cut through some of the threads (and only the threads) while in transit when I bought it that I have not had repaired. Regardless, I will include the sheath with the knife.

It feels handle heavy. Balance point is right behind the first pin. The blade is thin and an extreme cutter. I don't know how big your hands are, but the handle is wide enough, tall enough, and IMO long enough to accommodate larger hands. If you were looking to make them smaller or move the balance point forward, they could easily be further shaped to accommodate smaller hands, and likely without even having to remove the handles.
