Im interested in the JK Kephart. id like to pic one up soon but i dont get everything i need from the pictures ive seen so far. mainly blade thickness. it says its 1/8". mabe im just used to my thicker knives but that seems thin. i still want one though. So if an of you have one with pics that would be awsome along with a short review of your opinion on it or just JK knives in general. thanks!

perch, check out the 'Wilderness and Survival Skills' subsection here under 'tactics and training', as well as Johns own forum under "Knifemakers indvidual forums". There's a good thread here:http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=692048 of a Kephart HD (with thicker steel). That's the nice thing about getting a handmade knife, you can usually ask for changes to your liking:D
