John Kiedaisch is a custom knife maker, here on Bladeforums.

I contacted him early in the summer about making my first custom blade. After we got the details sorted out, I was put on his wait list (a very reasonable 2-3 months).
When the time came to begin my project, he contacted me asking about little details and aspects of the knife, just to make sure I was completely satisfied. I got the knife early last month, and after using it for a few weeks, I can say that I haven't found a single flaw with the knife. It is exactly how I imagined!

I can't imagine customer any better than his.

Not only does John make custom knives to your exact specs, he also has an extremely well rounded line of his own designs and customer supplied designs.
Whether you want a tactical tomahawk, kitchen knives, or a little keychain knife, John has something that will suite your needs. He is even making folders!

Your Design or His, it doesn't matter, either way you will love the knife.

Thank you for the great knife and great communications, John.
When I am able you can bet that I will be in touch for another custom blade.

I've purchased 25 knives from John - with two more ordered - and not one has been delivered late (several were delivered early). If John says he'll have the knife done by a specific date, the knife will be done by that date (and you will love the knife).

In addition, John is not kidding when he says that he will be in contact with you. Any question is answered in a very timely manner (usually within a couple hours of the email being sent to him).

There is a specific reason I have purchased so many knives from John - his work is fantastic and his customer service is the absolute best. You will not be disapointed when ordering a knife from John. I know from first-hand experience.

John is a fantastic person and a really talented knifemaker. I know of no better when it comes to customer service than he.

One thing that has bothered me lately is that I think there are people that see the K on his knives and mistake him for another K that does not have the reputation that John has. I hope that I'm wrong but if so I hope they will see this and clear up any confusion.
As far as I know, John has always delivered on his orders and maintains excellent communication with his customers and friends.
