JK Michigan Fall Gathering 2015

I picked up a 5 lb. ribeye roast yesterday. Ribeyes will be cut onsite to the diners preferred thickness. All cutting will be via JK O1 goodness to further enhance the flavor (and patina!).

Bourbon and snoring to follow!

Tell me it's a bone-in roast? Put that 01 to the test...

I'm jealous of you guys, have some steak and bourbon for me too, please!
 
I decided I`m not coming. What fun is it eating tacos, ribeye steaks, and drinking? ;)
