This was my submission for the 2011 JK Anniversary Knife contest & was the first one made so it has a 1 stamped on the right side opposite the K.
It didn't win the comp.,
but I had to have one so I asked John to make it for me.:thumb up:
1/8" O1 steel with forge finish on the flats.(which I've mostly worn off as you can see in the last 2 pics.)
5" saber ground blade & 4.5" handle.
Scales of Tan Mic. & 1/8"Orange G10 liners.
Rounded spine up to the jimping which is squared for striking a fire steel & the rear tang is exposed.
Kydex sheath with matching fire steel & lanyard with a custom Tan Micarta willydigger Mini Villain bead included.
It has been used & has a few scratches,but the blade is good with no dings,rolls or chips to the convexed edge.
