JL Williams Meridian II
This is a tip up all TI framelock Rhino Flipper from Lee Williams.
Slim and light, but rock solid lock up, and great feel.
Mint condition. Doesn't look to have been carried or cut.
3.5 inch blade/8.5 inch overall.
I'm not completely sure of the blade steel.
