Great shape, has a couple hours of use. My M&Pc had the manual safety. The holster did not quite work for it. I warmed up a small part of it and tweaked it with a pliers so it would work with the safety. It does not effect function of the holster otherwise and you can see the mark where I did it in the 2nd (back side) pic. It does fit the manual safety now, if that is what you have.
This would run $85 shipped new, likely with a few week wait time.
