I posted an item for sale. The buyer sent me his email, as he doesn't have message privileges here. Apparently, a lowlife sent him an e-mail requesting payment, which he sent, but not to me. He's going to try again with the purchase, and I'm happy to send his item.

If you get asked to send money to JOCELYNN19861 on PayPal, DON'T!
 
This scam has been very common on here. They ALWAYS request PPFF and they email the seller from an email listed somewhere on the forum.

I don't at all agree with what topfuel6 topfuel6 says, I think members impulsiveness to buy quickly and mostly, their willingness to use PPFF despite the warnings everywhere, are the problem.

Using PM's via membership helps with the email part, but there are other scam methods that PPG&S help prtect against, like hacked accounts or just simply dishonest buyers who decide to be shady and/or misrepresent something.
