Hey guys, here's a rare bird with one of the late great Jody Samson's signature deep hollow grinds. His proprietary weehawk design on the blade. This is an early one, with no (R) by the butterfly. Great collector's piece! Custom Bali-Song, Inc. balisong means top notch construction, dynamics and finish. Sorry, I usually take better pictures, but my camera is not working at the moment so I'm using a friend's.
This bali has not seen that much use. There are some scratches from opening and closing, but they are minimal. The knife still has its original factory edge, no dings along the edge, and no damage to the tip either. The latch does not exhibit much in the way of latch marks from the blade, which is a good thing. The knife locks up solid in the open and closed positions.
This a great classic. Jody's signature deep hollow grinds are unparalleled. Take your chance, these aren't coming up for sale very much anymore!
