Here's a chance to own a genuine Jody Samson ground weehawk at a great price! This piece hails from the old Bali-Song, Inc custom shop. It is an early piece as evidenced by the no (R) by the butterfly and the narrow blade profile. It is used, and has been flipped. It may have been sharpened, it's tough for me to tell.

This piece also has some history to it. It was the personal balisong of noted Filipino martial arts expert Lee Foster, a direct student of the famous Angel Cabales who first brought escrima to the U.S. in 1966. Foster had the bali cut latchless, and also engraved it with his name and "Escrima-Arnis" on the side of the handles.

Excellent George! Do you by chance know if those handles were trimmed at the custom shop, or by someone else? You are an evil Bastid sooo close to tax season... might have to go cash in the ol' change drawer if someone doesnt snap this one up fast...
