Another chopper for sale. This time a smaller one by Joe Calton (http://www.caltoncutlery.com/home22.html).
Comes in new, never used condition. Some natural very light patina from storage.

Joe is a nice guy, and definitely knows his knives. Between all my other choppers I never found a use for this one. Oh well someone else can enjoy it now.
