Up for sale is my well used Joe Calton Chef in 1095. Comes as is with the slip sheath as ordered. It's got lots of patina and tiny rust spots, just surface rust, no pitting, and the very tip has been lost. It's barely noticeable. I refinished it once and it cleans right up. There is also a small hairline in one of the scales. I just bought a Japanese chef knife and would like to let this one go. It's just a bit too thin for me as I like a slightly wider profile.
