I recently sent a B/S Solution in BG-42 I got from t1mpani back to Joe Houser at Buck Knives. The reason for this was to have the flat section of the edge reground. Here are the before and after pics:
Joe was very helpful with my request. He stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process and was very responsive to all my questions. More importantly, he did not charge me a dime for this service.
I can honestly say that although I have not owned any Buck knives up to this point, I will definitely keep Buck in mind. When a company stands behind their products like that, it is obviously a no-brainer.
