Joe Keesler is both an ABS Mastersmith and Chairman of The American Bladesmith Society. During the Pomona, California Blade Forging Clinic this last March, Joe forged and finished this beautiful integral period piece for all attendees to watch. What a great experience. Then once the forging was complete, this piece was completed at the clinic and put up for auction by the ABS . Thie is a very interesting collectors piece with a very affective cutting edge and beautiful handle scales by a maker with a 2 year waiting list. Great piece for any serious collector of forged blades.
