JOE - whats the turnaround time on repairs right now?

If I remember right, that knife was not sent to my attention? I think I got that little bit of info to you a day after you shipped right?
The last time I checked, we had about a 3 week lag time from when packages arrived here and when we actually opened them up.
If the knife needed repair, it was probably another 2 weeks. If we ended up replacing it, It would be mailed within a couple days of opening the package.
I dont remember what was wrong with your Catapult...if we would be able to repair it or not.
I will let my CR clerks know that if they find the knife, let me know asap and then I can rush it through the system. Believe me, a Catapult will stick out like a sore thumb compared to the normal knives we see.

My knife arrived in Post Falls on January 8 and a replacement was at my home in Los Angeles on February 2. This was a replacement, not a repair.

FYI, still waiting for your knife to turn up. I sent a reminder to the CR clerks to keep a watch out and let me know when it shows.
