Joel Chamblin: "Stag Sowbelly"

I'm beginning to think that this is one pig that doesn't need any lipstick! :p

Nice one Elliott you are a great gift buyer. Please send it to me I won't take it apart wouldn't be any reason for me to. I can't even figure out a punch blade. Joel is a fine maker as that knife is a testament to. Happy Birthday when it rolls around.

Yo!!!! Mikey, my eyes!!! Egads, man!

Can't wait to see what he will have at the Plaza Cutlery show. Great guy.
Any of you going to make the show?

Gorgeous knife, Elliott. I really love sowbellies, and that one is really something:thumbup:

Speaking of breadlines...who is that guy in the middle of the picture?...and why is he smiling??

Not for nothin', Ford, somebody thought they were checking the bread for freshness but grabbed the wrong buns! ;) :p

(Actually, in my case, a la Seinfeld, I can hear that priest saying "You, two weeks, no soup!")

Happy birthday Elliot. Nice knife too.
Hey Mike, glad to see your old Avatar back. Classic. I think that photo of Rosie is really a terrorist in drag....

Mr. Chamblin makes a great slip joint for sure. He's one of my favorites also. That is a beauty Elliott.:thumbup:

Very Nice Sowbelly, A NICE to me, from me present. It seems most of my presents come that way. Congrats, one of these days I will need to CE & CF that one. How about Blade 2009?

Actually, it's a gift to me from my wife. I just haven't informed her as yet. ;) :p

That is a funny thing, most of my gifts are from family, I even wrap them for them. They sure are surprised when I unwrap their gifts. As you say Mom does not know it yet.

The economy is in ruins. The country's sliding into the nether regions and as long as the end is near, I'm at least gonna try going down with the ship with a smile on my face. ;)

Nice one, Elliott! That pen blade will be perfect for picking those beans out of a can in the poor house. ;) :D

Joel does a great job. Enjoyed looking at his selections at A.G.'s show and visiting with him. It was hard not to lay down some of those worthless dollars for one, but I restrained.

Good move, and Happy Birthday next month.

Your one lucky man Blues!!

The sowbelly is fast becoming a coveted pattern for me, and that one sure is purty!

Looks Good Elliott! That ought to make you grin big when you get that gorgeous Sowbelly in your hand! Texas has some talented knifemakers!
Those pictures of Rosie makes Mikey's avatar picture look pretty darn good! hehe He has dropped a few pounds...just saying

Ken, I love you like a brother but I'm not sending it to you to take apart! ;):p

Awww Elliott, Here I was planning on giving you a weight on each part! ;)

All kidding aside, the knife is a homerun!
