I have a mint condition Joel Pirela/Mike Obenauf Sonic liner lock folder with desert tan G-10 handle scales, beadblasted titanium bolsters, and a handrubbed S30V clip point recurve blade for sale. Most of you reading probably already know this, but Joel Pirela is perhaps the most well-known custom knife designer today, and his models are always unique and flow very well visually. This Sonic is #1 in the limited run of 10, which is long sold out.
The Sonic is built by Mike Obenauf, and it is built tough, with a 3/16" thick blade. The handle is ergonomically contoured and fits very comfortably in the hand.
The Sonic listed here has never been carried, used, or resharpened, and its original edge from Mike is sharp. The opening action is very smooth, the lock-up is rock solid, and the blade centering is dead perfect.
