This is a knife by R.A.Matt, custom knife maker. Never used or carried. The blade is 4.25" long and 3/16" thick with a tapered tang and is made of ATS 34 with rockwell hardness of 58-60. It is hollow ground with a deep mirror finish. Overall length is 9.5" . The handle is stabilized box elderwood with some of the prettiest coloration I've seen.It has a brass lanyard hole and brass pins. This is accented by the exquisite file work and water buffalo insert. It comes with a 10oz top grain handmade basket weave sheath that is shaped specifically for this knife. It feels heavy in the hand and has a very secure grip. I've not seen any of these in a couple of years. Price is now $250 plus shipping. Insurance can be added as well. Very nice. What is your asking price? Who is the maker? What type of steel? Blade thickness, length, overall length?
