For Sale:

A John Arnold FLF model front-flipper in M390 with Black and Red Lightning Strike Carbon Fiber, MoonGlow II & IKBS. A beautiful, as new knife. Carried twice (in the included pouch) to no ill effect. The knife has been sharpened to a razor's edge - the blade is 3.3 inches long (OAL = 7.75 inches). This is one of Mr. Arnold's most unique designs and the first I've personally seen with this steel (typically it's 12C27). The action is VERY smooth and the front-flipper easily engaged. I own several of Andre Thorburn's knives and Mr. Arnold's are just as smooth (he's also from South Africa) - really excellent design aesthetic and construction. Includes fleece lined cordura pouch and certificate of authenticity.

Price: SOLD PayPal only - as goods. (includes fees & priority shipping in CONUS with insurance).

Feel free to contact me via PM with any question(s) you might have (please keep the thread clean of questions).

Though I reserve the right to sell to whom I choose:

First "I'll take it" secures purchase power; please follow up with a PM or email for Paypal info. Please pay promptly - I reserve the right to terminate a potential sale if payment is not sent within four hours.

No trades please.

Buyer agrees that they are 18 years or older and that the knives are in compliance with the laws in their area - thus assuming all liability.

**All sales are final unless otherwise discussed**

I was curious what the front flipper looked like since that is a fairly unique feature of this knife but you posted no pictures? Do you have any to add?
Thanks.

A VERY good point sir! Here's a pic. The front flipper is very easily engaged. I've owned and handled a lot of them and have actually come to prefer an easily engaged ff over a conventional "tab" flipper. Some front-flippers are quite difficult to engage (they are rather low, awkward to reach, or smooth - thus making it hard to open the blade) - Arnold's are always well placed and catch your finger nicely for an easy deployment of the blade (I own 5 of his knives and all are front-flippers).
