A flawless John Arnold Front Flipper. **Hand made and one of a kind** Mr. Arnold is a South African maker who uses the highest grade materials, has a great aesthetic sense, and produces knives that rival Thorburn in smoothness. His background as an architect influences his use of dramatic lines in both the shape of blade and handle. This knife is just as smooth (if not smoother) than any Thorburn I've owned or handled (probably over two dozen). There is zero blade-play, lock-up is rock-solid, and the blade sits dead-center. The knife has been sharpened to a very keen edge.
