Two flawless John Arnold knives. Mr. Arnold is a South African maker who uses the highest grade materials, has a great aesthetic sense, and produces knives that rival Thorburn in smoothness. Both of the below knives are VERY smooth, especially the Snakewood model (which is the smoothest Arnold knife I've handled - among 7-8).
