I came into my wife's office today since my computer is down to post what great service and prices you get from John. This guy will WORK with you! He definately will go the extra mile. Hopefully my home computer will be up soon so my wife and I won't put John through such grief next time. Thanks again John.

and I'm even in the office on Thanksgiving Day ! Sheesh...what dedication !

Have to say, that has not been my experience. I ordered a REKAT Sifu, and it arrived in a timely manner. I returned it when I encountered a warrenty issue and wanted to exchange it for a Carny. No problem I was told. i also inquired about a certain Spydie. Told both were in stock and ready to ship. So i ordered em. Told both were shipped. Several weeks, nothing. After a few emails it turns out the Carny was shipped, but the Spydy never made it out with the Carny, but was in the mail a few days later. Ok, the carny arrives. Wait some more. No Spydie. Several more emails. Turns out it was lost in shipping. Wow, thats quite a bit of delay for two items supposivly in stock. I can understand shipping delays, even losses. I can even understand delays based or having to get something in from a distributer. but to be told it was in stock and shipped before it arrived to John from his sources is breaching ino the dishonest catagory. In the end he recredited my card and I got my Carny, but I still wish i was treated honestlyu and fairly up front, rather then having to email after continued unexplained delays.

Ok, so you're unhappy. We'll we can't have that. I'll fix it all up. You got the Rekat at a great price, right ? You got a refund on the Co-Pilot, right ? Look for your free Co-Pilot in the mail, the third one (two went missing !) is going out overnight express.

Thanks for making America a Great Place to Live ! and for shopping with us.

We try folks, we try.

I ordered a LCC from John during his haggeling sale. He gave me a great price. He anwsered my emails in a prompt manner, and I was more than pleased with the service. I will be oredering from him again. There was a slight set-back, however. There was a short back order of a week and a half or so, but with the great price he gave me it wasn't an issue. John is a great guy to deal with. By the way, this is my first MT, and I am blown away at the quality. I may have to write John and see what he has in stock right now.

On 11/21, I ordered a BM 940BT for the best price I've seen - $105.99 + $4.00 shipping. John told me before I ordered that he didn't have any in stock, but should be able to get them in in just a few days. The knife arrived 12/4. Sure, it took a few days, but for the price it was more than worth it.

Thanks, John. I'll be back.

I bought a Benchmade from Cumberland knives, been two weeks now. Tried emailing them twice (once with read reciept requested and notified as read), no response. I will try calling today but am prepared to file a complaint against them for fraud if they don't communicate with me. Anyone else had this problem?
