.....how others are going to compete with him!!
Recently John @ Cumberland Knives (a BF sponsor) donated a knife for a random contest on the General Forum, which I was fortunate enough to win.
I really wanted to have another knife & offered to make up the price difference. He said OK & tried to get the knife, but was unable to as it is being discontinued.
I was given the option of another knife of my choice, which he sent out & is now the "property" of some unscrupulous postal worker. John promptly sent out another knife which did arrive safely.
Are his actions WAY beyond the call of duty and customer service, or what?
I have purchased from John in the past and will again do so in the future as well as wholeheartly reccomend him to all who are in the market for a new knife.
Wide selection, phenomenal customer service and price matching. How can you go wrong?
Thanks again, John for sponsoring BF, donating (2 knives) to the contest and for going the extra mile to make me a REALLY happy customer.
Stay sharp!
