John Fitch Stag "Trooper" (Bowie)

Hi Pete!

No problem on this end. Anything I was referring to is very minor stuff and would probably only come up if I ever wanted to sell it, which I don't anticipate.

I have no doubt that if I ever need to send it in for a "tune-up" that it would be well taken care of.

John's reputation has been vouched for by some people I think very highly of, as you already know; and besides, it was never an issue for me in any case.

I plan on holding on to this knife for a good long time.

As Jerry Fisk would say. When holding a knife, the pointy end goes that way>

I just couldn't help myself this late at night Blues. Take care.

That does it! Blues, you should get a commission on this... I am ordering a Fitch, my first bowie.

Harry,

Glad to be of help, after all, you've helped me a lot with khukuris.

Well, Harry, if I get a bird and trout from Big John, I guess I'd let you play with it.
Of course, big as he is, in his hand the Trooper may well look like one.

As for this one, well, I'd at least let you hold it.
