Most of you know John shipped me a light some time ago for review. I posted a favorable review of his M-3 shortly after I received it. See the archives for my review.

John has now claimed that I have posted derogatory comments about his light, and has demanded I send the light back. I complied, as I didn't actually own the light, and I sure as hell wasn't going to buy it.

I suggested some improvements to John, and those suggestions, as most of you know, were ignored. I really don't need to go into the details of the previous threads; they are in the archives, and speak for themselves.

I asked John this afternoon to provide me a thread link to where I posted any unfavorable comments about his light. I have asked him this question several times. He won't answer. I think he won't answer because it is B.S.

I also asked him if he was demanding return of the lights he provided The Bad Guy and others, or if he as singling me out. He also wouldn't answer.

I asked him again if he was going to keep his word to me to send an M-2 for review. he stated that he 'owed me nothing', and that if I wanted an m-2, I could buy one from his dealers. Who are these dealers? Anyone?

I told him that I was going to post about my experiences with him and his light, and I got back an email threataning me with legal action! Legal action for what? The truth? Give me a break!

I refrained from posting in any of the threads before, mainly because I didn't want to get involved, and I really did like his light. Now I'm left with a sour taste in my mouth, and wish I'd never even asked to test his light.

I'm sitting here shaking my head in disgust. I need a drink. :barf:
 
Actually, you are right. I recall quite vividly your favourable review of that Goncz light.

Strange that you should be accused of making those alleged remarks.

he's nutz imho, goncz is gonzo, lol, what do ya expect from an 'eccentric' like him? normal behaviour?? sorry.....

I think I remember reading your review and thinking "wow, there really is a goncz flashlight and one that somebody can actually use ." Then after the SHOT Show, all reality hit. This guy is either a "legend in his own mind" or the world's worst businessman. What could possibly have gone through his mind to bring non-working lights to the SHOT Show and open himself up for such criticism? While I thoroughly enjoyed the daily dose of humor from "The Informative Thread", I was glad it was rapidly falling into obscurity. It was great while it lasted but is no longer worth the space that it takes up in G,B & U. Best just to cut all ties with this guy and move on to real issues. IMHO!

This proves Goncz is a jerk, a poor salesman, and a SORE LOSER.

I hope he and his business go belly up...................................soon
