I just wanted to share my experience with every one. First off the term "books" is New to me. Didn't know how all that worked as far as getting an order in. I will post the email I sent to him and his reply. I really was not expecting to hear back from him, but did within 24hrs.

Really didn't want to bother you with this. I know you guys are busy as hell, probably getting ready for Blade. I wanted to know if I had to wait for the next batch to be announced before being able to put an order in. Or if you take names down and add them to the next batch. I already have a couple of Norseman but would like to get my hands on a current model. Any info you could provide would be great.

thanks for asking and checking in. Yep we're pretty crazy busy and getting ready for Blade. At this point we're still one batch of 100 behind, but we're catching up fast. I haven't put much thought into the next batches yet, but we will probably put a hold on the whole pre-order system and just start making whatever we want and listing it up for sale. That should be more fun for us for the next little while. So make sure you're signed up for the newsletter because that's where I'll be announcing this kind of stuff, and we're hoping to have knives available throughout the summer. But for now, enjoy your other Norseman knives!

I really was not going to bother him because I knew he was busy. The lack of vids on his youtube channel was the first clue. But for him to get back to me so fast meant a lot me. There really is ant much info regarding johns customer service but my experience was nothing short of great. I can only imagine how much greater it would be if I had an order with him!
