IMG_0003.jpgIMG_0006.jpgIMG_0009.jpgIMG_0012.jpgIMG_0010.jpgOne of John's earliest custom knives, made in 1981. I inherited this piece from my Grandfather and would like it to go to someone who can appreciate it. Very rare piece with an engraving of his name on the blade.

I got the specs and the back story straight from John, who also offered to refinish and sharpen it.

Specs:

440c Steel blade
416 Stainless Steel Bolsters
India Stag Handle

Knife is 8" long, blade is 4". It originally sold in May of 1981 for $85 ( about $220 in todays money)
I am asking $250.

Thanks for looking.

Admittedly I am not a knife collector or aficionado, but I know Howser customs can be expensive. It originally sold in May of 1981 for $85 ( about $220 in todays money)
I am having trouble pricing this so any reasonable offer will be entertained.

Just a friendly heads-up from the rules:

"SECTION 2 - Rules/Procedures for Selling, Buying, Trading, & Offering Services:
The implementation of common sense is strongly encouraged beyond this point. This applies directly to the persons involved in the transactions.

Sellers/Selling -
1.Be 100% sure that you want to sell the item, have it in your possession and clearly list the selling price. There is no "testing the waters" or "gauge buyer interest".

Corey is correct. Please set a price and good luck with your sale.
