I have a John Lloyd 3 1/2" closed and 6 3/8" open knife. I have carried it a couple of times in a belt sheath, but is basically new. There is a small scratch on the back and two small ones were the blade closes. It came this way from John. I tried to show them in the photos, they are not bad I hope I don't scare ya. Very sharp. The wood is Gaboon ebony
