Here is a beefy solid jack knife from John. Modified warncliffe type / spearpoint ,blade profile is very utilitarian. This one is hafted in mammoth ivory with an inlaid ss Bullocks shield,double pinned. Mill relieved ss liners,ss pins. Knife has a hollow ground 52100 blade with crescent nail pull & drawn swedge.Hand rubbed satin finish. 4" closed,7" open,3" blade with 2-5/8" cutting edge.Spring is flush in all half stop positions. This knife has a couple of minor handling marks on the bolster & a couple of tiny pepper spots in the steel. Blade centers good closed,it has a nice medium firm action & great lockup.
