FS This knife by John Lloyd is a Remington 6836 ,I think this pattern is a whittler but this is just the main blade. The stag is exceptionally nice. This knife has spun head ss pins. It is 3.5" closed, great snap 5pull ,smooth, totally pinchable. Sabre grind style on the clip. But,there is a pin check on one side on the spring pin. So now what do we do ? It would price FS at five hundred ,but it has that pin check. This knife needs a buyer who understands that, the scales are not coming off. I've been carrying and using a stag by John with a similar check,no problem. 52100 carbon blade & spring

FS Lloyd English Jack

This was from the original listing :

This is a 3-3/4" closed size English Swayback jack, with sheepsfoot blade by John Lloyd. The blade & spring are 52100 carbon ball bearing steel. Spun head pins, bolster & mill relieved liners are ss. Hand dyed & jigged bone. Pinchable ,smooth, snappy 5+ to 6 action. This has John's new stamp " Old Stove Farm" ,built at his new shop. This is a really well made folder that just looks so much like a vintage English jack knife. Thin hollow ground & razor sharp.

I like the English Jack but those disclosures do worry me a bit. Is the W&T good and no blade play? Any more of his Shadow Stags in the pipeline?

Thanks, Will
