Everyone,
I want to share a story with you. Not so long ago, I purchased my first Mission folder. I read so much about them and the temptation was too much and it became a "GOTTA HAVE". It arrived and in my pocket it went. I got the urge to play with it and I noticed one day that when it locked up, there was some vertical blade play so I sent it back to the company. Come to find out that this knife was no good and John sent me a brand new MPF folder in return in better shape. WOW!! I was flattered. I was expecting the same knife back but John informed me that my knife was dangerous and didn't represent the quality of his products. I basically was given a darn near 400.00 brand new knife. Am I happy, hell yes I'm happy. I will tell everybody out there that John is definately not in business for just money and customer satisfaction is his paramount. You won't be disappointed in his knives and they are as tough as any knife you will ever buy. John I want to personally thank you for what you did. If I can ever repay you in any sort of way, it would be my pleasure!!
