The little knife really gorgeous, could be the fifth ace, something to have up his sleeve.

Every White knife done in elephant ivory has consistently knocked my socks off. He really has a way of letting the materials and design do the talking while adding just enough embellishment to make it classy without being too busy. I've got to add a White pre-ban ivory knife to my grail list -- maybe even to the top. :)

I really have a thing for white handled knives lately. I purchased a John White bowie with white ivory, and after that I had to have this one.. Its real classy and his fit/finish is really top notch and shows the ivory well.

Yes, I saw your post on that clam shell beauty -- one of the cleanest, most elegant bowies I've ever seen! I would love to talk you out of it, but I'm sure you love it too much to even think of parting with it!

Very nice, Jon. Isn't it great to get a knife that seemingly everybody loves? Guess that means it's a keeper! I agree.
While there's lots to comment on I'd like to draw attention to John White's attention to the guard which is refined, nicely sculpted/shaped and adds significantly to the knife's overall attractiveness. I like that damascus pattern too.

Chuck Ward just shot this knife so I wanted to bring the thread back with this great pic! Thanks Chuck.

Wow Jon, that's a great pic, really shows the knife in a variety of angles. Stellar blade, congrats!

Thanks to Jon for getting this one to Chuck. I'm quite fond of this little Boot, and Chuck's photo brings it right back!
