This "Boot Knife" is marked "J White" and has no other markings. It has a sheath with a spring steel clip. John provided a card with this one that states, "This 4.75" spear point boot knife was hand forged from 5160 by John White. The hand rubbed blade was hardened overall, tempered at 375 F and its back and tang drawn. Its handle is black linen micarta and the fittings are silicon bronze." The card is signed by John and is numbered # 31, dated June 2003. I believe that to be when I purchased the knife from John.
