I have a mint condition John Young fixed blade hunter with polished premium grade snakewood handle scales, a tapered tang, and a mirror polished ATS-34 drop point blade with a little bit of a gut hook for sale. Like all of John's work, the construction of this piece is flawless. The handle is beautifully contoured, both front-to-back as well as up and down, and the red liners match the wood perfectly. The demand for John's work has really skyrocketed in the past couple of years, with many collectors considering him the heir apparent to his mentor SR Johnson.
The hunter listed here has never been carried, used, or resharpened, and its original edge from John is extremely sharp. The knife includes its original leather belt sheath, which it has been stored outside of.
