Just a question, as I have never heard of this, or have any idea what it does. I assume it is flavored for the e-cigs or vapes, but is it also nicotine, and does it give you a alcohol buzz? I don't smoke anymore, (cigs) but enjoy a good bourbon now and then. Is the taste like sipping bourbon? Thanks for yours or anyone's reply, and please excuse my ignorance
 
It is e-liquid, which is a fluid that when atomized, delivers flavor and nicotine. It is used in e-cigarettes. It does not give the user a buzz as there is no alcohol in it, only flavoring, and nicotine. This particular e-liquid is especially unique because it is steeped inside a charred oak Whiskey barrel. Yes it does indeed taste a bit like whiskey, but it is a well balanced blend of whiskey and tobacco.
