Joker Knives

I have a question for you, Joker expert, respectfully. One blade folder 6.5 to 7" long with wood scales. What say you?
Aloha.

Are you asking me for my opinion on any make/model, or specifically a Joker brand?

Hope your day is going well.

Well I don't have any of their folders, so I can't be of much help there.

And when pressed, I can't think of another folder I could recommend in that blade length.

That's a big folder!
Sorry, I meant 6.5 to 7" open. Yes, a blade that large might not even fit in a pocket!

A Buck 110 or Opiniel 10 for a traditional option.

Civivi makes pretty decent folders with wood scales as well.

I have two Joker Knives, the Lince I think it is and another big double edged dagger with a stag horn handle, both are beautiful and both have ever so slightly loose, rattling guards.

It is nice to see someone used knives and reporting back after years in the same forums post!

If you want some Joker specific, they have some pocket knife lines. they used to be inexpensive on Ebay. You can still find a limited number on NA websites, or plenty available on European websites.

Joker has them mostly in woods, some are in horn, rarely synthetic. They use the same blade steels as their fixed blades, but for some reason, the 440/N695 steel pocket knives seem to disappeared, with most blades are in 1.4116, 12C27 or 14C28N now.

N695 is 440C, not just 440.
