I want to trade a vintage Jon Christensen drop point hunter. It was made from edge hardened 5160 with a convex grind. Koa is applied to the tapered tang, the liners are vulcanized paper, the soldered guard and pins are brass. It is covered by Jon's lifetime warranty, this even covers cleaning and sharpening. The sheath made by Jon, is as solid as the knife, it has a stiff waxy feel, with a sharp "click" as the knife comes to rest. It's a beautiful set, with what appears to have little to no use put to the edge, a bit of tarnish on the brass. Enjoy his early work, pictures are marginal (those are clouds in the sky reflected in the steel). I am looking for a Loveless style knife... or open to offers. Thanks for looking. elkhunt58@gmail.com
