Occasionally you buy a knife without really having any idea HOW you're going to use it, or even really HOW you're going to carry it... Well I just did that...
Specs:
Blade 5
OAL: 9.25
Weight: 4.1oz (no sheath), 5.6oz (with kydex)
Steel: CTS-XHP
This is a double dagger ground fixed blade, clearly... It's badass, it's sharp, it's shabby, it's menacing... Joseph makes an fantastic fixed blade gents...
The blade is ridiculous... purpose built with two functions in mind, firstly opening letters, and secondly full on stabbing a mofo.
The detail work is really classy, all the holes are chamfered with the bevels being polished. The paracord wrap is very cool, and adds just enough grip.
The sheath is functional, but I'll probably be having something else made... still gotta decide how I want to carry this monster.
