I just had the pleasure of purchasing a small Japanese wharncliff from Josh, I couldn't be more pleased with what i received. I had noticed he had a few for sale back on July 4th, one thing led to another and I didn't respond to the sales thread. I contacted him a few days ago asking if he had any left, luckily he did. Josh was great at answering all my questions and agreed to hold the knife for me until I returned from vacation. He shipped very quickly upon my return. I have purchased several custom knives for significantly more money that come nowhere near the level of craftsmanship that Josh's knife does. I havent put this knife down since receiving it. Josh and I have discussed what will be the 2nd of many more purchases to come, I could't recommend a maker any more than Josh. If you see one of his knives up for sale, don't hesitate.

I couldn't agree more. I just had the opportunity to purchase Josh's large kwaiken/Persian and Josh was amazing to work with. He had no issue answering questions and didn't come across annoyed by my multiple emails. Delivered within 2 days of shipping and Josh was nice enough to voluntarily touch up the edge before he shipped it. This is my first hand made knife and I couldn't be happier with the product I received, even managed to capture the ghostly hamon in this pic. Thank you for your hard work and clear passion you have for your merchandise. Highly recommend picking something up from Josh if you haven't had the opportunity.
