I know this is a really old subject, but I'm pretty sure I'm in the middle of a deal with the infamous Josh Whittle. I've convinced him to ship first and I'm not shipping until I receive and thoroughly inspect the knife.

I will release all that information as soon as it's 100% confirmed. I'm currently in talks with a Mod. I'm personally 100% sure it's him, but I'm just one person. I don't want to publicly defame someone until it's confirmed, just in case. He gave the name J. Whittle and he lives in Tennessee. He has zero feedback. Just to protect yourselves, make anyone with zero to one feedback ship first. As soon as it's verified, we'll toast his ass.

I bet. Sorry to open old wounds. If it is him, I'm assuming he wants to get a couple positives to gain trust before he starts his old games. I'm not shipping anything until I get mine. Did you ever gets yours back?

I went ahead and started a new thread. Mst people aren't going to read through an old thread. This needs to be a new topic. Feel free to edit the thread accordingly.
 
I never got mine back, but he did get a visit from the sheriffs office, they did nothing, and I have a complaint filed with the PA state police office near me. If he offers you a Spyderco Dyad, it's probably stolen. He's full of lies, but if you read carefully and think things through first, you will see through most of his smoke screen.
 
Yeah at this point there is no 100% proof, but the coincidental evidence is adding up that something is really fishy here. rpbm10 does seem to be attached to the same carrier and server farm as Mr Whittle.
 
I just found this link via a search. He got to me on armslist. I'll have the last laugh.

I was just having bad deja-vu of my dealings with him from one of the older threads (same as Wevil). I just can't believe he is still at it.
