Congrats Keith!! Well done. My heart was beating a little watching the bend test even though I knew the out come.:-) Good luck in Atlanta.
Thanks very much Mike. Yep it does get the ticker going somewhat. I was more worried about the 4 x 2 cut after my first cut on it, Damn hard stuff. Look forward to meeting you in 2014.
Cheers Keith

Congratulations Keith. You must have similar pine like that in Nicaragua, tough stuff. That was an impressive performance! Hope to meet you in Atlanta and see your knives.
Thanks mate. Look forward to meeting you in 2014.

Congrats.

Beautiful bend test Keith. That's an example of great heat treat control, with the return to a fair arc.

( Hi Shawn..)

John

Thank you John. Now I can get on and start the test with the 5. Makes me nervous just thinking about it. If I could just unclench my teeth I'm sure I'll be fine:D
Cheers Keith

Well done, well done.

Yeah mate he's a gem thats for sure! Thanks Bruce. Wish I was going this year with you, but hey. I'll need the extra year just to get the 5 done .
I planning on a special to take, I'm going to call it " HAVOC " sounds like a couple of Aussies in Atlanta don't it :D.
Cheers Keith

Thanks very much for all your comments and encouragement guys! Thats the part I love about the knifemaking community worldwide.
Cheers Keith

Hey Keith,

Great job, it's stressful for sure but nothing compared to the five. I'm testing this year and have never been so nervous.

If I had to load up and take them to Australia I would probably just hide under my bed.

Good luck brother and keep up the good work.

Greg

Ps. You are old!;)
