JS Test Knife 2 0f 5

:eek:That looks great Kyle!! I love take downs!

Beautiful job, Best of luck on your testing:thumbup:

I would like to make take downs in the future, this is not a take down. The progress picture is just showing the inside of the handle before epoxying together.

Thanks for all the compliments everyone!

Very nice Kyle

I too like the progress pictures. Keep them coming :) Your brother takes a great picture that compliments your work!

Looking good, Kyle! I also like the bronze fittings. The finished mammoth has a stag look to it, which is cool. Nice, clean work!

Very nice work, Kyle.

Have you tried out the grinding belts that we talked about in LR?

Yes, that's all I've been using since Little Rock. I love them, I think you definitely got me hooked on them.

Thanks for the complements everyone!

Another very nice one Kyle.
Here's another example where you have come so far with your handles and guards in a very short time.
Love your use of silicon bronze here, looks to be executed very well. Though I prefer darker handle material with bronze.
As Joe, really like you blade profile with the long clip.

Like how you utilize the floating tang for your pommels.

Another nice photo Caleb

Very nicely executed, Kyle. I, too, love your use of silicon bronze. Until I saw Kevin's post, something about the handle didn't seem to appeal to me, but I couldn't put my finger on what it was. Reading Kevin's post, "too white" came in focus. I think that a darker mammoth ivory would have been my preference.

Thanks for the input, I'll keep the handle color with bronze fittings in mind.
