Those are beautiful for sure! That pic made the term 'thin' click as far as blade thickness. Seeing then from overhead side by side.
 
The CG ASH-1s are .320" thick, with full flat grind... mostly coated, few are double cut bead blast.
I believe some of the recent variants are in the .32" thickness as well.

The Skinny ASH-1s are the thinest of the bunch at .200" and sport a full convex grind. All are coated.

The LEs, SEs, and most of the early variants are .220" full flat ground.
Satin, double cut, coated... all kinds out there

And the original SH-1s were .25" thick, full flat, bead blast finish, and made of ATS-34 steel with Jerry's propietary heat treat.
