so ya did the 100 foot stright up swim also... at groten?
ss425 ... trumpetfish...guppy 3 converson 4 eng FB Morses 81/8d 10 cyls 20 pistons ...on jp5 made 21+ knots... had the 48's in the Foward room! figed it out one day ...if we fired at the extream range we could not turn and get in to the 50 /50 make it zone... i was not in a honny moon rack had a 38 rack
we had a hudge sonor aray under bow,, and puffs on top ...
collect prop and equpt sigs on 'fishing boats' and did some stuff north and way east of england . there we got pdc's dumped on us .. took out nav lights and a clam shell ... had to have extra welded on aft loading hatch from that ... was strang'est feeling .. riged for DC an on SR - if not on watch then in rack as air got so bad ..to were ya could not light a cig.. was dumping co2 asb on racks and bleading o2 from tanks... hasseled us 20 some hrs .. was under for 30+
but so much for sea storyes and no shitters!
miss it i did ... did not want to leave... was in hosp when they decomisioned her... had done walk through jest a few days before was in hosp and a cpo gave me a old set of his... they brought me my ditty bag and my dolphans were missing.. did not get ta come up wit em in me teeth ...crew gone by time i was relised from hosp.. bet you got storys !!!! hee hee hee ya going to falls? u help me drink them then? ... naw too old now ... real cheep date even then..miss the food skimmers jest would not understand.. and yea most of us carred the 110 some a 112 ...
i tryed to carry my 124 and they said no..

Duh, what knife? All I know is that lifetime BCCI membership is cheaper than filling up my truck!!

i am trying to fig a way to smuggle a jar in checked lugage on jet...
might call it mouth wash... and put it in a scope bottle.. think that would work?

:cool:...Hmmmm...Lessee...The newsletter is "high-lighted" of course by Crazy:eek:Dave's article on the SVKC show but there's a small article...( jus' kiddin' Larry...:p )...by Larry Oden also on one of the 500 series knives...the 503...Really good article and very informative. There's a nice article about kids getting started in Buck knife Collecting. Dave's article is then backed up on the SVKC show by another written by a nice sounding lady by the name of Vickie Burns. She was there with her husband and it sounds like it was a nice show and get together. CJ has a few words on his son's design for and the production of the new Bowie they will introduce at the upcoming Blade Show. It's gonna have chunks of flooring from where Hoyt first apprenticed in knife-making. These chunks of floor will be on either side of a slab of mastodon ivory...( terminology may seem to exaggerate size of pieces a tiny bit...;) )...sounds pretty to me. They are gonna make possibly 500 pieces of this one. Then the newsletter goes on to try to sell some flashlights, a small 55 BCCI knife, a hat and a tee-shirt modeled by a cute girl...That about covers it...Nice newsletter all in all...Oh yeah...Chuck B. says hi to everyone and John Foresman says he's going to the BCCI 20th and hopes you come...So there...:D...A well done newsletter as we've all become accustomed to...Oh yeah...What BCCL said too...LMBO...;)...:thumbup::thumbup:

:cool:...That new Bowie does sound interesting don' it Scott?...You have three ( 3 ) panels on the handle composed of wood floor...mammy ivory...and more wood floor. I just gotta try to get my head in tuned a bit more with the fixed blades...Those jus' might need some lookin' into...:thumbup:
