I'm watching out of curiosity but saving my money for a Spyderco Para. A guy at a fleamarket near me was selling them for $60.

sure its real...thats pretty cheap for a para original or 2?

some of the fakes are really close. same boxes, same details. you know the old saying.. too good to be true......if the deals too good.....walk. unless your sure its real of course and it is just that great a deal. what are the odds though?

I originally was looking at the Spyderco Chicago which is small and only $55. If the fleamarket deal goes south, I may go back to that. Dont want to sidetrack the thread. BTW, where is the BOTM?

FIY, there are many popular knife models that are being cloned(China)...not saying that the guy at the flea market would be selling a cloned Para...just saying Preston

I don't quite understand the fascination with the Buck of the month.They haven't made one yet that I would buy.Hopefully they will manufacture one that will provide the impetus for me to purchase.JMHO.
